Maca & Ginger Crunch
3 Tbsp BioBalance Certified Organic Virgin Coconut Oil
3 Tbsp Honey
2 Tbsp BioBalance Organic Coconut Sugar
8 pieces Crystallised ginger, finely chopped
1/2 cup Rolled oats (GF if needed)
1/2 cup Sliced almonds
1/2 cup Coconut (long thread or dessicated)
1/2 cup Spelt flour (or GF baking mix flour)
1 tsp Baking powder
1 Tbsp BioBalanceCertified Organic Maca Powder
Icing
1 cup dried dates (soaked in hot water for a couple of hours)
1 -1 1/2 Tbsp BioBalance Certifie

Maca Mocha Frappé
Prep: 5 mins
Cook: 10 min
1/2 cup cold-brewed coffee
1/2 cup milk of your choice
1 large plump, pitted Medjool date
2 tsp BioBalance Certified Organic Raw Cacao Powder
1 tsp BioBalance Certified Organic Maca Powder
dash cinnamon
handful of ice cubes
Blend all ingredients in a high-speed blender until smooth and frothy.
Top with whipped coconut cream and a sprinkle of sunshine. Yum!

Be Good Organics’ Caramel Maca Latte
Prep: 5 mins
Makes 2 yummy lattes
2 Cups milk of your choice
4 Dates
1 Tbsp BioBalance Certified Organic Maca Powder
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp vanilla extract (or 1/4 tsp vanilla powder)
Pinch sea salt
Add all ingredients to a blender, and blend for 1 minute on high until the mixture is completely smooth and creamy. If still you end up with little bits of date in the mixture, pour it through a sieve to get a super silky texture.
