Add all ingredients to a blender, and blend for 1 minute on high until the mixture is completely smooth and creamy. If still you end up with little bits of date in the mixture, pour it through a sieve to get a super silky texture.
Serve as is or with a few cubes of ice for a cold Maca Latte.
For a hot Latte, heat gently in a pan until hot but not boiling, then serve immediately.
Any leftover milk pour into a glass bottle, seal tightly, and store in the fridge for 2-3 days. Enjoy!
