Matcha Pops

3 cups thick plain yogurt
3 tbsp agave (or other liquid sweetener)
1 tsp BioBalance Certified Organic Chia Seeds
1 Tbsp BioBalance Certified Organic Japanese Matcha Powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
In a mixing bowl, stir together the yogurt, chia seeds, sweetener and vanilla. Add the matcha powder and whisk everything together until smooth.

Delicious Matcha Latte

Makes 1 cup of Zen
1 tsp BioBalance Certified Organic Japanese Matcha Powder
1/2 cup hot water
1/2 cup milk of your choice
1 Tbsp BioBalance Organic Coconut Sugar, or substitute with honey, maple syrup, agave nectar

Green Tea Face Mask

Makes 1-2 Applications
1 tsp BioBalance Certified Organic Japanese Matcha Powder, made into a paste with a dash of water
1 tsp BioBalance Certified Organic Virgin Coconut Oil
Optional: 1 tsp raw honey, splash of lemon juice
Mix all ingredients together into a thick paste (the consistency may vary depending on the ratio of ingredients and the temperature of your coconut oil. Have fun experimenting!)

Maca Mocha Frappé

1/2 cup cold-brewed coffee
1/2 cup milk of your choice
1 large plump, pitted Medjool date
2 tsp BioBalance Certified Organic Raw Cacao Powder
