Mix together the oats, shredded coconut, all-purpose flour, baking soda and coconut sugar.
Melt the coconut oil over low heat, add either agave or coconut nectar and the water.
Stir until well combined.
Add the wet ingredients to the flour mixture and mix well.
Add a tiny bit more water if it’s too crumbly.
Then, using damp hands, scoop out about a tablespoon of dough and roll it into a round shape.
Place on a lined baking tray and press down lightly.
Then bake at 180° for 15-20 minutes, or until golden-brown.
