Chocolate Banana Hot Cakes

- 2/3 cups of rolled oats
- 2 ripe bananas
- 4 eggs
- 2 Tbsp BioBalance Certified Organic Raw Cacao Powder
Pulse the rolled oats in a blender for a few times (you don’t want it too fine). Add the bananas, eggs and cacao powder. Blend until well combined.
Drop the batter tablespoon-by-tablespoon into a hot, greasy skillet.
Flip as soon as bubbles appear.
Stack the hot cakes onto a plate and add your favourite topping.
