Wonderful product
I take it each night before bed. Quick to take, none of that odd tablet in throat feeling given this is a liquid, and helps me sleep deeply. I’m usually quite a restless sleeper and since taking this I feel much more rested each morning

I have been using Liposomal Magnesium for the last month and have noticed an improvement in my sleep and muscle tension relief. I do lots of sport and magnesium helps with muscle recovery. I don’t suffer from any cramps either. Great product!

Well worth the extra Money for me.
All other magnesium supplements give me swollen feet and calves. I can take the full dose of this with no problems. This and vitamin b2 has definitely helped my migraines. Well worth the extra Money for me.

I love this product I have tried soooo many magnesium products in the past and haven’t noticed any difference at all, but since taking your magnesium it has helped me with my bowels and muscles. It also tastes so yummy!!!!!

Because of a super sensitive tummy, I’ve never been able to stomach magnesium before. My energy levels, muscle tension and sleep patterns started to improve almost immediately after I started taking it.

Would highly recommend
Testes great with a teaspoon in water and seems to be really effective and fast acting for muscle pain and spasms. Would highly recommend this above all other magnesium supplements. Seems pricey at face value but is definitely worthwhile. Lasts a month with daily dose so thats about 2 months for normal people who forget half the time to take supplements. Can go well in oats with cacao nibs, figs, maca powder and dates.
