BioBalance Kids Chest Care is a formulation of herbs traditionally used for centuries for their antiseptic qualities, to thin mucus and support chest and lung health. We also added Marshmallow root to help soothe irritated airways. A dash of New Zealand manuka honey adds sweetness and natural support for the body’s defences.

Ingredients Per Serving
Thyme herb (Thymus vulgaris), organic 75mg
Marshmallow root (Althaea officinalis), organic 50mg
Ginger root (Zingiber officinale) 12.5mg
Horseradish root (Armoracia rusticana) 12.5mg
Manuka honey 750mg
In a base of vegetable glycerine and alcohol (2%).
Directions
Children 1-2 yrs: Take 0.5-1mL
Children 2-5 yrs: Take 1-5mL
Children 6-12 yrs: Take 5-10mL
Take 2-5 times a day, undiluted or mixed in a little warm water. Shake well before use.

Gave some to my 2 year old when he first started to have runny nose and a few cough. It stopped the drip fairly quickly and all symptoms are cleared within 48 hours. Mixed with BioBalance liposomal C. Pleasant taste. Highly recommend it.
