Makes 1 Latte
1 cup boiling water
2 Tbsp cashew nuts
1 tsp BioBalance Certified Organic Japanese Matcha Powder
1-1 1/2 tsp liquid sweetener (e.g coconut nectar, brown rice syrup, maple syrup)
Pinch sea salt
1 drop peppermint essential oil
Blend all ingredients for 1 minute on high until super creamy and smooth, then serve immediately!
Notes
You can also make this with cold water and serve over ice for an iced matcha latte.

1 1/2 cup cashews
400 mL coconut cream
1/2 cup liquid sweetener (e.g. coconut nectar/brown rice syrup)

Matcha Pops

3 cups thick plain yogurt
3 tbsp agave (or other liquid sweetener)
1 tsp BioBalance Certified Organic Chia Seeds
1 Tbsp BioBalance Certified Organic Japanese Matcha Powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
In a mixing bowl, stir together the yogurt, chia seeds, sweetener and vanilla. Add the matcha powder and whisk everything together until smooth.
