Kelly Gibney’s Orange Chia Mousse

Makes 2 delicious servings
- 400ml coconut cream
- 1/3 cup BioBalance Certified Organic Chia Seeds
- 1/4 cup Maple syrup
- 2 1/2 Tbsp BioBalance Certified Organic Raw Cacao Powder
- 1 tsp Vanilla essence
- Pinch salt
- Zest of 1 orange
- Pinch of BioBalance Certifid Organic Bee Pollen
Place all ingredients (excpet orange zest) in a blender. Blitz for several minutes until silky smooth.
Add the orange zest and pulse briefly to mix through.
Place in a fridge for at least one hour to chill and firm up.
Will last up to 4 days in an airtight container in the fridge.
