I have been taking 5Htp for several years now (not all the same brand) I find it keeps me well balanced with no flare up of moods, in a sense, keeps you on a “even keel”. I highly recommend anyone that has that frustrating feeling that nothing is going right for you. I think you need to take them a month or so to get the benefit from taking them. Also helps with my sleeping and general well being..
